I called to reserve a room for my parents and needed a room on the first floor, the woman who answered was very snotty and said she could not guarantee a room on the first floor. My father needed a place to stay because he had an appointment at the hospital because of a serious infection in his foot and he is unable to climb stairs - this woman wasn't even willing to try to help me out even after hearing my reasons. I would not stay here if it was the only place available... I'd sleep in my car first. In 20 below weather...

We would stay there again

This was a good value for the money and we would stay there again. The staff was very helpful. The items offered for the breakfast was limited but fresh. The location was easy to find and was near major shopping areas. There is IHOP, Perkins and a movie house nearby.

I couldn't find any dislikes at all. I stay here three times a week. The people that work here have become an extended family.They are very professional, and know how to make a person feel at home.

exceptionally clean

I travel on business to Sioux Falls twice a week. Its the best value for the money Ive found. The place was completely remodeled, last year I think. Love the new rooms, they have a easy chair, a desk in everyroom to work with a office chair. Linda the new manager seems to go out of her way for everyone. There is a restraunt and casino next door and a movie theater on the other side.

No Go!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I MEAN HORRIBLE!! There were bugs in our room, the staff was rude and didn't get our reservation correct. Our room was dirty at check-in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! The Hoffer Family
