The White House Inn, Aberdeen

I couldn't tell a thing I DIDN'T like, except the REVIEWS! I rolled into town at 2 am after a 23 hour drive...stopped a FEW places, which were either ridiculously priced, or the office was CLOSED! Naturally, I had "goodled" hotels/motels before the trip began...and I saw terrible reviews of the WHITE HOUSE! I DID NOT EVEN want to go there!...Well, guess what, folks? The place is under NEW MANAGEMENT! It has been remodeled, and in my opinion...it's wonderful! The people who work there will do anything in their power to meet your needs...very affordable for those who travel for work, or pleasure! My husband and I are travellers...so we LIVE in hotels/motels! I won't settle for a smelly, poorly maintained hotel...please, do yourself a favor..and check out this hotel! If you are looking for glitz and glamour...this isn't the place for you...but if you want a CLEAN place to lay your head...this is it! SAFE and HAPPY travels to you all!

This place is basically used for large groups of ppl that need a good discount rate... if you can afford the extra 10-20 bucks go somewhere else... the floors look like they have been trampled on by a pack of buffalo that just got done running through the woods, the rooms are not even thoroughly cleaned and breakfast in the morning was pathetic... continental breakfast... ha give me a break... Also the staff there seemed very very unprofessional and like they did not even care to assist you... Other than that it was GREAT! haha but yeah it is cheap but not the greatest....

If you are black you def dont wanna go cause they are racist. The room smells like mold. There is cig burn around all surface areas. The floors are nasty you cant even walk on the floor without slippers. Their breakfest sucks. I will admit their pricing is decent. The bathroom sucks along with the lighting the staff are def discrimantors towards certain things. Their coffee tasted reused or as I can say water down. Their bed sheets smelled like fish and smoke. No updates have been made in this place.

Affordable, great staff, easy to find, clean, essential amenities, good parking and even entertainment - gambling. Oh yeah, not too far from the bars... Welcome to Aberdeen! Did I miss anything? I would like to find a place to live there! My business sends me to Aberdeen every couple months or so and I get to stay at the hotels there. I have stayed at most and this one is probably the best for the price. The rates were very reasonable and the staff treated me very well. I miss Kelly many years ago. Anyway, a great place to stay for short-term business. I would think it's probably an okay place for a family on a budget to.

The white house inn is the best Motel in all of south dakota!! every one is soo friendly!! especially Beccy!! she is supper cool!!! cant wait to go back and vsit!! ~sarina~

The room was very clean. On highway 12 but right by highway 281. My stay here was short but sweet. Good breakfast in the morning too!

The staff at the White House is so friendly, especially the manager, Beccy ! They made us feel like we were at home. Nice clean room and very quiet-also great the we could bring our little dog too ! We will definately be staying there many more times !
