Mayflower Motel & Suites, Wisconsin Dells

When my husband and I stopped in at the Mayflower Hotel we were treated like pond scum. This made us very angry considering we are upper middle class people. We usualy spend a great deal of money in the Dells and there is NO excuse for why we were treated so badly. The lady working the front desk was very rude. This happend on January 1, 2005. We were so angry about the way we were treated we walked out without renting a room. We will never consider this hotel again. We will be telling EVERYONE we know about this and I'm pretty sure the Mayflower Hotel will lose costumers over this, as we know alot of people who travel to the Dells area. There was NO reason or excuse to treat ANYONE in this manner.

Large rooms, convenient location, great indoor pool. Rooms are well appointed; some deluxe. Great off-season special

We stated at this hotel and had a 2 king suite..this was our first time at this hotel..and for the price ..it was very nice...clean..convienent location...and affordable too...very nice... :)

It was so close to everything Wisconsin Dells has to offer. The waterparks, the shops and clubs were all in walking distance.

Good location, clean room, phone staff nice, front desk staff rude, Wi-FI does not work.

We come to the Mayflower each year with a great experience. I'm surpirsed at the other reviews...I travel a lot and am aware that people bring little critters to hotels and then they are left to deal with them! We have never seen any eveidence of that. Our family loves the space they have so we can all get together and hang out(big pool areas and picnic area).Rooms are not fancy but they are clean and get the job done!

i just love this place it has everything u need are family will always stay here and is priced right for a family to stay at the dells

Only good think about it is the Hotel is close to the water park! However the room was a complete disaster. In the microwave was a Styrofoam container left behind from the previous people who booked the room. Inside it the food was so moldy and gross! It had about 4inches of mold growing on the food. Being as we didn't notice it till late at night (midnight) and the office was closed we had no choice but to throw it in the garbage take a picture and report it in the morning. 1st thing in the morning we went to report what we had stumbled across and they never once said they were sorry for the grossness, but insinuated that we had planted it cuz we wanted something free...Are you kidding me...like people carry moldy fold around to get something free...what a joke. We were told the manager would be in in an hour and of course no manager was to be found...ABSOLUTE JOKE....oh and go figure....we got the room cuz it was offered to us as the "Manager's Special"....never again! Name should be changed from Mayflower to GROSSflower!

We had 16 people to accomodate so we got 2 doublle king lofts.. everybody slept comfortably and it was super cheap. It was under $250 total!! Plus its righ tnext to noahs ark and tommy bartlett show, and really close to marleys which is where we ate and stayed out for some dancing!!

my family has been coming here for at least 13 years. the managment has always taken care of all our needs. if you dont know whats happing in area just ask, they are happy to tell you and help you find out how to get to event. rooms are always clean and tidy. they treat you as if you were family.
