Very nice motel.
By Megha Thakkar, 07/31/09
This was a very nice motel and i dont see why most of you are complaining. If you think its so bad then why dont you purchase a motel and try to take care of it yourself? The management made me feel as if i was home. And obviously if you come to check out at 8:30 in the morning you're going to have to wake someone up! I mean they live there for god sakes! Just because you have to wake up early doesnt mean everyone else has to! Their check out time is 10 o clock NOT 8:30. And if you wanted to leave, you could've left the key in the room. You really shouldnt complain because i bet none of you people have ever tried to work in a motel, if you want something fancy then go to a five star hotel!

This was the nastiest!
By scott, 12/17/08
A $40.00 per night rate is exorbitant for this hole. Where does one even start? The filthy bathroom counter was about to come loose from the wall. There weren't enough elctrical outlets to accomodate the tv, fridge and lamp, so you had to take a disgusting journey BEHIND the dresser to plug/unplug stuff as you needed it. We foresaw that it might be a dive and brought our own sheets and pillows, but I felt like I had to fumigate THOSE after a night's contact with that nightmare of a bed. I agree - the only positve comments posted here are from the owners. It was probably a clean, quaint motel at one time. They probably bought as a condemned property, got it barely up to code and turned the lights on.

Did not stay here but...
By Joe, 09/07/08
It is so obvious the owners are writing the good reviews!! Check out the reviews that give 5 stars. ALL of them have the same poor syntax and are written in the same broken English! Sad. Just clean the sheets and carpets (or replace them and raise the rates slightly) and you wouldn't have to write your own reviews to make up for the dirty conditions legitimate travelers complain of.

A truly awful place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/05/08
Let us count the failings: no clock, no remote for the tv, no kleenex dispenser, the toilet flushed so loudly it scared us, nicotine stains/streaks on the bathroom walls (in a non-smoking room), a broken bed (wood support at the bottom, which held up the box spring), an air conditioner that pumped out a moldy smell when you turned it on, and then couldn't turn off because the switch didn't work. Towels and sheets so thin they barely did the job. We originally had called ahead to register for one night (before we'd stayed there), then decided to extend our vacation and called back 5 min later to change it to two nights. They said fine, no problem. When we got there, they had us registered for one night only and acted all weird when we said it should be two nights. Then they said ok, you can stay two nights. We prepaid for two nights. The second day, however, our key didn't work. We had to go back to the desk to get it fixed. When we checked out, about 8:30 a.m., we had to wake up the clerk to give her our key. The people running the place didn't seem to care much about anything, especially their customers. Maybe it was cheaper than other places, but in many ways not worth it and we'll never go back. A yucky place.

We won't be staying here again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/12/08
We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room in general. There was mildew in the bathroom. There was no bath mat and the shower curtain was cloth, not plastic, so the water leaked onto the floor. Whoever slopily painted the room painted right on to the picture frames, tile and woodwork. The bedding had stains and didn't fit the bed well. The upholstry on the ONE chair in the room had dirty stained upholstry. We purchased a room deoderizer to freshen the room. The walls are thin and you can hear the voices of the occupants next door.

this place should be called the nasty inn lol
By therese g, 07/27/08
for one thing the property and everything on it looked tacky and run down, then the room smelled like god only knows what, the people that worked in the main office were very unprofessional and rude, and the linens on the bed were dirty and the place reeked of cigarettes, in other words i would not stay there again if it was the last place on earth!!! the owners should be ashamed of themselves.

I liked the location of this motel. I would recommand every body to stay here because groceries stores are really near to this motel.I liked the rooms. They were pretty nice. Prices were really good. We got the room at the backside and we played in the grass.

Good Motel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/15/08
I liked this place a lot. I don't know why some people wrote these dirty reviews for this motel. I liked this motel and I would recommand every one to get a room in this motel at good rate and also free Internet too.
