Knights Inn by the Beach, Corpus Christi

knights inn is the best we ever stayed in nice rooms !

We took a group of kids to the SkillsUSA competetion last year. When we arrived there, there was a group of construction workers smoking pot in the parking lot. It is without a doubt, the worse place I have ever stayed. Nasty, nasty, nasty is all that comes to my mind. Already made reservations for another motel for this years competition.

The location was great, right across the street from the bay and within walking distance to a lot of attractions! The motel itself is what you pay for...the room was ok, blow dryer didnt work. We had to ask the front desk 4 times before we got any extra pillows, the pillows are thin! Over all the motel was what we paid for I wouldnt suggest it for kids, a little to dirty to have kiddos around and the room are kind of small too.

When we got to the room it was nice and made. We had a good view of the water in the day time.The only bad things was the seagulls, they made a alot of noise and flew around alot.

My husband and I took our 3 kids to Corpus Christi for the first time. We stayed for one night at Knights Inn by the Beach. We had a great view of the beach on our balcony and the hotel pool was refreshing after the day at the beach. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is in walking distance to "Pier 99" a great restaurant to eat seafood!!!! I would definately recommend this hotel for anyone that's looking for a cheap getaway weekend

My husband and I took our three small children on vacation to Corpus. We got to the hotel room only to find there was not a handicap/wheelchair accessibility to the rooms. There was no way for me to access the room, but because we booked online and showed up, they would not refund the money to us. We are stuck paying for a full night's stay at a hotel that we didn't even make it to the room! I'd not recommend that to my worst enemy.

THE ROOM WAS SMALL AND CRAMPED. THE CARPET WAS BLACK. THE BATHROOM SMELLED OF URINE AND THE GROUT IN THE TILE FLOOR WAS BLACK, TILE WAS CRACKED, THERE WAS MOLD ON THE ROOF ABOVE THE SHOWER AND IN THE FLOOR. THE MATRESS WAS GROSS AND STAINED. ALL THE BEDDING WAS STAINED AND DIDN'T FIT PROPERLY. THE MATRESS PAD WAS ALL TORN AND BARLEY ANYTHING LEFT TO COVER THE BED. THE COMFORTERS ON THE BED OBVIOUSLY DON'T GET WASHED BECAUSE MY DOG STARTED HUMPING IT AS SOON AS HE GOT ON THE BED. GROSS!! TELL YOU ANYTHING ABOUT THE PLACE. THE STAIRS AND RAILINGS ON THE BALCONY ARE ROTTED AND NOT VERY STURDY. THE MANAGEMENT WAS VERY RUD AND DIDN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THEY WANT IS THERE MONEY. THE AIR CONDITIONER DID'T WORK RIGHT. THE DOOR LOOKED LIKE SOMEON HAD USED A CROWBAR TO GET IN. NEVER STAY THERE. I WOULD RATHER SLEEP ON THE BEACH IN A TENT OR IN A CAR VERSES THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Dont get paranoid over these guys telling you its all terrible, it really isnt. The room we stayed in wasnt the cleanest, but it wasnt the dirtiest. I wouldnt get the kitchenette, it was too dirty to cook in. We just shut the door to the kitchen and never went in. The only real problem with the room was that it seemed that the air condition wasnt working which made it extremely hot for july weather. It may seem expensive for what you get, but its the cheapest hotel we found on corpus beach so you have to take that into concideration. The bus stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you right over the bridge to downtown. location is great, and the people were friendly, im sure they have some rough rooms, so if you get a bad one, ask for a different one. Our room was 201 and it wasnt bad.

Clean room with an ocean view. Can't beat for the price. Friendly service. Walking distance to the USS Lexington and Acquarium. Hated to have to crossed the bridge to go downtown...just my fear. Next time I'll stay on the other side of the bridge to see the rest of southern part of Texas.

This place was like heaven. There was a beautiful sunrise, nice breeze from the ocean coming into the balcony, and well done rooms. This was my first time in corpus christi. I was impressed with this hotel. There staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I would rate this hotel from a scale of 1 to 10 :-- (10). I will certainly be back. This is a great place. I loved spending time there. It was great. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
