West Park Inn, Knoxville

My husband is staying there because of his job and that is where they put them. When I visited him it is the worst place to stay. They only get service 3 times a week and they only change the sheetsand vaccuum. The sheets and towels are dirty. My husband coworker had bedbugs in his room and they only give him another room. The carpets are dirty and have mold. This is the worst place to live or sleep at. The customer service is rude and very trouble. I am tring to find my husband some where else to go.

I drove from St. Louis to Knoxville to visit Cotten Eyed Joe's. West Park is very close to this club, so I decided to give West Park a try. I checked into a room and saw 6 roaches right off the bat. I went to the office and asked for another room. I was then given a room key to room 117. This room had a hole in the bathroom door and the blanket had pee stains on it. When I reported this to the manager, he apologized but did not offer a refund. This is a VERY dirty place from what I saw. I believe that the customer service was bad because no refund was offered even after I showed him a key to another hotel nearby as proof of my disatisfaction.

I was unable to access my room the whole weekend due to the fact that the key card reader was broke. It took 3 workers 15 min just so I could get into my room one night. I couldn't leave the whole weekend due to everytime I would leave I would have to get someone to let me back in.

the service was just awful. It took over 3 hours to get clean linen. And no one ever seemed to be at the front desk when we needed something. And we had to ask that the trash be removed from the hallway. We chose this hotel due to the location to so much, but we learned the hard way that the location is not always a good thing. From now on we will drive the extra miles, for good service, clean linen and and at least get a smile from someone besides another visitor. GOOD RIDDENS TO THE WEST PARK INN. PS. you also need to spray for bugs more often. From Florida and going back now. Good bye
