Great hotel staff front desk very friendly and i seen that the hotel is going through const. lloks really great new tile and new stuff in the rooms big changes to the best western

Awesome Staff and Room

Like everything i stayed here about a year ago and now they have no owners and wow has thatplace changed easy to say best place in sheblyville to stay over the holiday inn mean staff, and ramada inn no customer service didnt go the extra mil like the best western did.

Great Value

Great value for a hotel stay. The lady that checked us in named Sharon was very nice & helpful, as we needed a place to have a meal. They have a very large selection for breakfast so you don't have a buy a real meal somewhere else. The rooms were very large & open atmosphere. The next day housekeepers were very nice & gave us anything we needed. This is a real pet friendly hotel as well. The lady at checkout on Sat. AM was not very nice. she was busy talking on the phone. Overall stay was excellent, We will continue to stay at Best Western in Shelbyville, Ky.

Excellent Staff

Not only are the rooms big, but the staff there is super helpful! Everything was clean and neat. They provided a nice spread for breakfast. Room rates were very reasonable. This little town is so much fun, I never realized how much they had to offer!

rooms have mold

the rooms have mold in them, it starts out pink because of the wall paper glue,then it turns black.there is no elevator in this place.To get rid of the mold they think all you have to do is take down the wall paper and paint over it..check your rooms good ..we pictures to show but cant not get them on here

Great location, close to the city but a bit easier traffic wise. Nice, clean rooms. The folks at the desk were awesome. They were having elevator issues the last time I was there but they made it right. I end up staying here 4-5 times a year for business.
