Dirty Motel Rooms, uncomfortable beds.

The room I had was very dirty with dust and hair still left in bathroom tub and floor. Bed was very uncomfortable, springs were poking out in the mattress.

owner was a jerk and the room was dirty

First of all the room had garbage under the desk and the chair was sticky. Then I try to do some laundry (they had a pay washer and dryer) and the washer dose not run and the soap i paid a dollar for out of the vending machie was already on my clothes. So I talk to the lady at the front desk . she checks it out and says she dosnt have the key so i can use there machine for the hotel . she runs the cloths for me after asking her manager over the phone what to do and bleachs all my clothes which are mostly black. the next day when i talk to the owner he tells me he wants reseats for all the cloths .

always happy with service

I was surprized to see the bad review on this hotel ,I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always had the best of service. The staff is always very helpful and the lady that manages it has went out of her way to help us. Everything has always been very clean and well managed when we have been there that is why we always go back. I can not imagine what happened when the one person was there,maybe new help which I am sure was probably quickly fired. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lousy service!

The ice maker didn't work! The coffee maker in the room was dirty and still had a used filter in it! The room my wife and I stayed in had dog hair all over the bed! There was even dog hair in the coffee maker! For the price it cost to stay there I would have thought the rooms would be cleaner!

A great stop on my journey

I rolled into Columbia looking for a hotel and had to travel a few more miles to Boonville before finding a room here. I was very pleased with the way things turned out. The desk staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Internet was available and easy to access and parking was close and readily available.
