Royal Crest Lodge, Gaylord

When we checked in, the staff was friendly. But when we got to our room it was gross. Our TV every once in awhile flicked and made a weird noise, and there was no remote. When I was looking in drawers for the TV remote, I found hot mustard and a used bar of soap! The textured drywall in the bathroom was peeling off, and the window putty was also coming off. I was thirsty so I went to get a drink from the pop machine, and it said 'sold out'. The pool was dirty and broken, and the hot tub also had stuff wrong with it. The only good thing is that the candy machine was messed up, so it gave me two packs of gum! But I definitely do not recomend this hotel.

The room was not clean by any means! The garbage had not been taken out, the beds had stains, there were holes in the walls, no wifi internet, and no flat screen tv as advertised on their website. Thats not to mention the condom wrapper found in the bathroom. I guess you get what you pay for but they could have at least pretended to clean the room. the location was nice, very close to town, but as far as I can tell, that was the only good part about this hotel.

This hotel has a great location and price. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when answering our questions. All and all we enjoyed our stay.
