Ozark Inn, Mena

WiFi worked, cable TV worked, bed was ok, though the furniture was a little worn. The room was adequately cleaned. Good value, but again NOTHING FANCY.

The rooms look very nice online. Too bad they don't look the same when you get there!! If you call they are very hard to understand on the phone.... a little easier in peson. The rooms are very small, parking lot is not lit that well,our telphone had not been cleaned in I don't know how long....all the numbers stuck down(had to clean it ourself), and heaven for bid that you need anything from the office once checked in....they are not very friendly after they get your money. You may also want to bring your own alarm clock. Ours didn't work that was in our room. Also if you are looking for a juccuzi...They may say yes on the phone....but there is none when you get there. On a possitive note, the maid service is very well.... our room was always clean and the ac and heat work very well!!

I really liked this place, staff was nice and friendly, the room was very clean and looked like a new room after there recent renovation. i would recommand this place to anyone wishing to stay in mena.

The Ozark Inn has new owners and is undergoing a total remodel - inside and outside. Our room had fresh paint, new carpet, new bedding, new bathroom fixtures and granite countertops. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

i went this october there is new owner & new rooms that so nice to see that and there is lowrate than any other motel. the r so nice people.nice place to stay
