Would Like To Go Back
I loved the ocean being out the front of our door, And being able to afford the prices which were very reasonable, which is hard to find in gulfshores, That above all was the highlight. We rented the room in the back on the ground floor and was directly on the beach, It was great!

Pretty Nice Place
By Sunlight's Smile, 8/2/05
The service was good and the location could have been better. I stayed here a few nights in January, while they were still recovering from the damage of Hurricane Ivan. It was a lot to get around, but it was understandable. With everything that was going on, I expected the staff to be a little more frustrated and testy, but everyone was friendly. The room was large and clean. I plan on staying here again in a couple of weeks.

Dirty and Run Down
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/28/05
Do yourself a favor, check out someplace else. We stayed here a while back and there were so many things wrong we immediately checked out the next morning. We were planning on staying 10 days. I wrote management a letter, also offering to include pictures we took of gargage and trash all over, a spilled gallon of milk that never got cleaned up and just got sour and stank with flies all over! Never heard back from them!

A place to get away without spending a fortune
By Randye, 7/19/05
I have actually stayed here 3 times before and found the rooms to be homey and comfortable as well as clean and affordable. I was very satisfied with the service I recieved from all staff members. I have taken my girls here over the years while they have gone from little to teenagers. We love our home-away-from-home getaway and plan to go back again-- hopefully very soon!

Home away from home
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/8/05
I loved this hotel. I was expecting to go in and be two beds, a tv and a bathroom like most other hotels. I walk in and the room is huge and has a kitchen! It's a great place and right on the beach. Me and a couple other people went, and one ended up my now husband. We talked on the balcony until the sun came up both nights we stayed. Very romantice place!

Don't bother
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/17/05
This was the single worst place I have ever stayed. No one told us they were renovating, so there was carpet piled outside. Pool was in parking lot facing street not beach. Nails and stuff sticking out of wall. Had beach front room right behind stair well, so we had to keep curtain closed for privacy and couldn't enjoy the view. They were late checking us in. When I wrote the company and let them know about it they sent a coupon for a free nights stay...like I ever wanted to go back!
