The Pines Motel, Crisfield

Nice place to stay. The consierge was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was spotless. We been comming here since Tim carlson owns this place. (about ten years). We never had problem with English or Dirty place.

From the billboards, adds and reviews you would think that this place is a great place to stay. That is far from the truth. We stayed there last year while looking at property in Crisfield. The rooms were not very clean and were outdated. The staff did not speak English and most of the other guests could best be described as scary. We have since bought a house nearby and saw that it has been raided several times because drug dealers stay there. Is it a coincidence that the positive reviews all contain broken English? It may have changed in the last year but I would not reccomend it to anyone.

Nice clean place, Good rates for effiency rooms. Just ask he will give it to you.

We had friends meeting on somerset avenue. We reserved 6 effiency rooms on friday and saturday. Pines Motel is great place to stay and very close to our place. Our stay was wonderful. Good rate for nice and clean effieincy rooms. Owner was very good to us and join with our drinking party. He showed us some of the card tricks. We enjoyed our stay all weekend. We will be there next year.

I called ahead & made a reservation by giving them my credit card number - my son & my father were charter fishing. When I arrived, there was only one other room being used. Very small pool that reeked of chlorine. No one could speak English. They called someone & put me on their office phone to someone who spoke broken English. They gave me the room key - I opened the door & could smell body odor & mildew. This room was to be used by me & my son. There was no way we were staying nor did I feel safe staying where there were communication issues. I immediately returned the key & left. Do not give them your credit card information until you check the room - They still charged my credit card!

We stayed at Pines Motel in july 2007. Our stay was Great and Peaceful. Desk clark was very helpful. He gave us all help what we needed also he gave us free coupon for one of the restaurant. He was very nice to us. When we enter in our room smell like fresh lemon. This motel has free HBO and cable T.v, Friz,microwave in rooms. our room was so clean. Bathroom newly renoveted and water pressure was perfect. When we about to go to pool and called front desk. With in 45 seconds fronk desk clark came and gave us extra towels for Pool. We would say Excellant Motel in little town.

Clean rooms, distant but pleasant service. Excellent location. I would stay here again. This motel advertised a pool, but it was not in operation...no water and unkept.

We stayed at Pines Motel last month. Desk clerk was very help full and friendly, Our stay was wonderful. Room service was also nice. It was very comfortable and peacefull stay. We aslo have little pool party. We will stay agin.

THE PINES MOTEL IS LOCATED IN AN EXCELLENT PART OF CRISFIELD MD..MY STAY AT THE PINES MOTEL WAS A VERY REMEMERABLE ONE.I LOVED IT THERE. THE ROOMS WERE VERY NICE AND CLEAN.THE OWNER'S WERE EXTREMELY NICE PEOPLE.I WOULD RECOMMEND THE PINES MOTEL TO ANYONE.

Besides being a no-nonsense, well-run place, it is an ideal spot to serve as base for your search for good Maryland crabcakes. Casual and clean. Friendly with recommendations for local food and entertainment.
