Friendly Staff, Clean Room and EXCELLENT Service

Very convenient to everything and the places where we wanted to go. It was easy to get to between I-440 and I-540 on glenwood avenue. It was just across from Wal-Mart and lot's of Restaurants around. We will definately stay her again and strongly recommend to all.

VERY Friendly Staff and Excellent service

It appears recently renovated and Days Inns Chairman's award winner hotel. Extremely helpful staff and Rooms are spotless and very clean. Very good location with easy access to everything. Rooms are nice with everything like Refrigerator, microwave and even hardwired high speed internet with awesome connection. Our king room had pull out sofa bed and nice coffee table, nice decor and very comfortable mattress. We relly enjoyed our stay and will definately stay here again. It is very close to Rex Hospital and NC State fairground as well RBC Center.

Bed bugs

Our room had bed bugs. I did tell the service desk, all he said to me that he was sorry. He didn't try to accommodate us for the inconvenience. The bathroom wasn’t clean. I guess you get what you paid for. Please check your mattress and linen for buds. What I did like, the location of the hotel is great)

Excellent - Location, Location, Location

Great Place to Stay, Excellent Service and Hotel has done 100% Renovation, changed everything to the Rooms and outside and It's like Brand NEW with all the amenities. All Room has Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee maker, hair Dryer, Iron, Alarm Clock and even High Speed Internet. Great Breakfast in the morning and easy access to everything in the Area. We will stay again here and Strongly recommend to anyone.

Horrible

This place is not even under the name Best Western anymore and should never have been. It is very old, the stairs leading to top floor is scary, looks like a hotel where drug dealers do their business.

Worst ever.

We stayed two nights, a Tuesday and a Saturday. On Tuesday the desk was helpful and the room was as advertised. However, I told the desk that our Saturday stay would require late check-in and late check-out. When I checked out on Wednesday morning, I double checked the late check-in and -out status and it was NOT annotated on my reservation. I had them do it again. Upon checking in at 12:30 AM on Sunday morning, I again asked for late checkout and was told it was not annotated. Twice I told them and it didnt happen. Then we went to the room and it was NOT the room we had reserved. It was not a deluxe room with refrig and microwave and only a queen instead of the reserved king. When I went back to the desk they said that was all they had. No more empty rooms. We stayed only because it was so late.
