Excellent location by the ocean. Great people running it. Town,park,boardwalk at your door

All the room are facing ocean, private beach access, staff was friendly. Park and Boardwalk are right next to the location. Price are right too. Should atleast go once.

i liked that this place didn't have bugs, like the one i stayed at up the road....friendly front desk....i'm not real fussy, so this place suited me just fine for the price.....excellant location, right on the beach with communel balcony..dogs permitted.....right next to park where events take place...walking distance to restaurants and shops....could use a good cleaning

Avoid this motel They lost our reservation and gave us the last room they had. The A/C did not work so they gave us $10 off. They will also give $10 off if you pay in cash which we did. There were no light bulbs in the two lamps in the room. We had to go to the office to ask for light bulbs. The toilet was dirty. The next morning the shower broke - the handle shot off the hot water control at the stem and hot water was blasting out of it. The shower was unusable. The front desk person (blonde lady), instead of apologizing and offering us some money back said "whaddaya trying to do, tear the place apart??? When we asked for a discount, she said "you're not getting any money back, you already got a good discount". Her attitude was terrible. Warning: the balconies are all connected and our relatives in another room at this hotel had a woman crawl over the railing from the next room and enter their room through the sliding glass door at 2:30 a.m.

Have Gone a major renovation, All the rooms are renovated new carpet, vanities, Fixture and new furniture was ongoing project. Were friendly and great loation right on the beach.

The room was literally falling apart: the sliding door almost fell out of its frame and could not lock; the bathroom door was splitting apart, the chest of drawers was in pieces. The sheets had sigarette burns through it. Overall the place was filty and nasty. We did not stay to see more: we returned and asked for a refund, which we were given back somewhat reluctantly. Most of the services advertised were not available.
