Lockport Inn and Suites, Lockport

Wow, we didn't know when we made the reservation that this place was going to be so special. Lovely gardens, great room. The owners are the nicest, most gracious people we've had the pleasure of meeting. The room was affordable, clean, bigger and with amenities I've never had at a hotel. It's the little things from fragrance spray in the bathroom, to electrical strips (instead of having to crawl under a desk to find the ONE outlet) and a coffee pot that had multiple bags of coffee with lots of creamers and sugars. I would go out of my way to stay here again anytime. I wish all non-chain hotels were like this. I'd never stay at a chain again. Thanks Lockport Inn for a great stay!

I found the proprietors very helpful in communications before leaving Australia and very kind and helpful on my arrival. The room was comfortable and well maintained during my 30 day stay. I would recommend this motel to anyone

We know going there how clean the place will be. We could eat off the floor. We feel like family when we arrive. We have been going there about 8 years. and we know we will be back.

We came from Arizona and could not find a place from Pittsburgh to Syracuse the night before, so had to sleep in our car....We checked in at 10:00 A.M. to nap before riding on the Erie Canal...What kind owners they were and so caring about our lack of sleep....We loved the clean rooms and quality of the towels, soap and beds...no cheapness here....only the price...we plan to return and plan to tell anyone we know heading to Niagara Falls to stay here. Only wished the chains were as caring....Such nice people who own and operate this motel.

This a great hotel! Clean rooms, very personal staff and you get to meet the owners. This is a older motel, but don't let the age fool you, like it did my wife. This is a family ran business, not a chain. They take a lot of pride in this motel, and it shows. The grounds is well maintained and it is in central location, for sightseeing. There is a lot of good restaurants to eat at. Shopping was average. The only things I could say, I kind of dislike, was only one ice machine in the front of the complex, and television reception wasn't the greatest, considering it was cable, but they did offer a multi page listing of movies to watch for free. We would definitely go back there again.

I have stayed in the suites a few times now. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It's a great value for the price!

I grew up in Lockport and never realized that this hotel was there. The gardens were very pretty. The room was huge and clean. They really cleaned our room everyday, not just make the beds. We stayed in one of their family rooms. They have a ton of free movies! The pool was really nice and clean too.

10 of us traveled to Western NY for birding and chose this motel not knowing what a wonderful place it was! The overall opinion was that we wished we could stay longer just to relax in the beautiful rooms! The rooms were large, very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff was professional and quite efficient with our large group. All decided that we would be back in the future! I would stay here for any visit to Niagara Falls. It is a very close drive and Lockport has plenty of restaurants as well.

The owner family and staff take an obvious pride in their property and literally bend over backward to please. Surprising rooms, clean and well appointed. Great value, too.

I stayed there for five days last week. Everything was very good just like the reviews that I had read before leaving had suggested. It was very clean and well maintained. It is family owned and operated and they take pride in their establishment. The prices on the internet are not correct though. The actual prices are about $20.00 higher but it is still a good value.
