I liked nothing. The place was filty, dirty windows and it smelled. I did not even stay there. I mmediately checked out to find a better motel. Also, when making my original reservation on the phone, I thought I would have what I requested, but that did not happen. I originally asked for a smoking room with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pit and was assured that was what I would have upon arival. The room I was given had only the coffee pot. I was totally disatisfied with the reservation process, the room I was assigned to and the excuses I was given when confronting the front desk about the problems. I refused to stay there and will never look to this establishment agin when travelling in that area. It was surely not up to the expected standards for Quality Inn's.

this place is a dump.dont pay their help.and they treat their help like slaves.they run the maid service ragged,have no respect for their help.they rip you off,so watch your charge cards.

You get what you pay for (in most cases0. This place was clean, could use some updates, but still acceptable. We couldn't check in prior to 4pm (their rule) even though the motel was basically empty (a few cars in the parking lot)-it wasn't a big problem. The outdoor pool could have used a skimming with items and bugs floating as well as towels for the guests. The person at the front desk was very nice but the continental breakfast was weak-to where I drove into town to get some food. For the price-it was a fair value.

This isn't a glamourous hotel but it is clean and safe and I found my stay to be satisfactory. Also the area has so many shoddy motel/hotel options that this is still a good choice for the area. The room was clean, the front desk was helpful. If you want a nicer place you are going to have to stay in one of the larger towns in the area. Great proximity to hiking and ski regions!!!

First, let me start out with the only positive. The hotel clerk was friendly. The one-night stay quickly deteriorated from that point. I asked for the least expensive room ($116.00 with AAA discount!)The room smelled of stale cooking and rugs were filthy (in room and hall) All doors were rusty metal, giving the place a very "institutional" feel. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way (and, indeed, had a dent in it, as if kicked or punched) Shower pressure was practically a trickle (making it necessary to waste more time and water.) Finally, there was so much written bragging about free continental "breakfast" which turned out to be coffee!!!! This was the worst hotel I have ever visited (and by far, the most expensive in its category)

This has to be the worst hotel i have ever dealt with. The room rates are so high for such a small town, this is not the city. What a rip off, such a non professional place and unprofessional people they have working there. I would never let anyone i know stay at this hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel 4 times every year for the last 6 years. Has nothing but good things to say about this place. Clean place, courtious management, excellent customer service, good food, peaceful stay. I will recommend my friends and family this place.

When I called to make a reservation I asked for a non-smoking room. I do have allergies. Once i checked in and went to the room, the room stunk! The room was misty as can be. The rug had black mold all over it. There were dead bed bugs on the floor behind the bed. You can see the white powder around the back of the bed to kill the bed bugs. I got an alleric reaction to the bed sheets beacuse they were washed with so much bleach. I got a rash all over my legs. They had nerve to charge for a safe in the room, and there wasnt even a safe in the room. Horrible and I would never stay or recommend this place to anyone. The black mold all over the rug was gross!!!!!

Can you imagine a hotel that leaves the bottom 18" of mattress UNCOVERED (as in bare matress touching your lower legs and feet) on every bed? Yes BOTH beds in our room were short sheeted. We tried to pull them down but then the top was uncoverd. I asked another guest the next morning and she reported the same. I asked for a manager, but there was none on duty (Sat 8:30 am). The front desk clerk brushed my complaint on to the poor house keeping woman who was behind the desk at the time. She was very apologetic, saying she has complained to the company they get sheets from many times because MANY CUSTOMERS have complained about it.(Ah, so this ISN'T an isolated incident) HELLO! Then get a different company! DUH! Its not rocket science! I reported it to the corporate office in an attempt to get my money back but all I've been offered is $20 and a coupon for another stay at one of their hotels within a year. I don't stay in hotels that often and never plan to stay in another of theirs when the need arises again. I'm very forgiving and easy going and can overlook most things, but when a business consistantly and clearly runs things poorly I won't tolerate it. If it hadn't been the only hotel for MILES and almost midnight and one of us was safe to drive we would have left on the spot, but I literally fell asleep in the "hall/atrium" while waiting for hotel services to get us the right room number. They gave us one to a room that had guests sleeping in it. The key envelope had the wrong number on it so we coudn't open the door, thank goodness. That could have been interesting. Dear God these people amaze me!!!

I HATED THE RESTAURANT, THE COOK LEAVE SOMTHING TO THE IMAGINATION. THEN WE FOUND OUT THE COOK IS THE MAINTENANCE MAN???? WOW NO WONDER THE FOOD WAS AWFUL. THE RATES WERE TOO HIGH FOR THIS AREA. THIS IS NOT THE HILTON AND YOUR NOT IN NYCITY. THE DESK CLER WAS THE GREATEST, HELFUL AND FULL OF SPIRIT. VERY FRIENDLY. THE MAID WAS SUPER. OTHER THAN MY RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE ALL IN ALL WAS OK.
