waste of money.dirty.wet chairs.bath not working right.pool had bad smell and something on bottom but i can't blame people because toilets never emptied out.

THE ROOM WAS HUMBLE, BUT CLEAN. STAFF WAS RESPONSIVE, AND QUICK ALWAYS TO ASSIST. THEY ARE ALSO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE AREA. GOOD, HONEST RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FOOD, TOURIST SITES, ETC. POOL WAS GREAT. STAYED HERE A FEW TIMES AND IT KEEPS IMPROVING. CONVENIENT JUST OFF THE INTERSTATE.

It was away from the town up on a hill - no place close by to walk to - restaurant, store, etc. The first time we were there, there was a broken light, and one light was so-so, the back for the remote control for the TV was missing and it was held together with a rubber band! The furniture was beat up and chipped. The balcony was deteriorating and paint weathered badly. There was a tree branch sticking out of the room above us. There was construction going on. Yuck! Supposedly, there was a "spectacular view". I don't know where it was - just saw trees and bushes. After writing to the main headquarters and complaining, we received a letter from them and from the Farmington motel with an offer of a free stay which was good for one year. We made another reservation figuring that everything would be remodeled - but, again, it was still dumpy. This time the room we stayed in had a TV remote control with black electrical tape around it (again the back was missing - the letter I got from the manager after the first time said "The backs just seem to disappear"), the heater in the bathroom was uncovered and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years - full of disgusting junk. Balcony again deteriorating with birds nesting in the balcony's deteriorating roof. I could go on and on. We will NEVER stay in this dump again and if anyone asked about it I would say "DON'T GO!!"

Nasty,Unclean Housekeeping is less than Satifactory.Supervision is cruel to their workers.They need to be shut down.Upgrades not done.Old blankets with holes(burn holes) I do see the upgrades in their bar maybe they should upgrade the rest of the place as well.But No One I know will be recommended to them for a comfortable friendly place to stay for 1 night not alone any longer of a stay.

This has to be the most dirty and disgusting place I have ever stayed. The pillows were stained and so where the bed sheets and towels. I will never stay here again. No wonder why it was so cheap...

We were welcomed onto the property by a whitetail buck on the edge of the driveway near the entrance. I knew our stay would be pleasant from that point on, and it was! Our check-in experience was short and sweet. Our room was awesome, with the cathedral ceiling giving it a wonderful ambiance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the king-size bed was nice and firm. We will definately request the same room next time we're in the area!
