10 reviews for Best Western The Inn at Buffalo Airport, Buffalo
nice for the price
By katet, 09/02/09
The room was just a little musty smelling. Other than that we had a very nice stay. NO COCKROACHES, NOTHING SCARY! Don't let them scare you. It was your average hotel room. Nice desk people. Would definitely stay here again.

Run, get in your car and leave! Fast.

This place is owned by the same people at BW Dunkirk, and Jamestown. Local hoteliers, Jay Patel and Ram Patel own other Best Western hotels in the upstate New York area including the Best Western Downtown Jamestown in Jamestown , NY , the Best Western Inn at Buffalo Airport in Buffalo , NY and the Best Western Dunkirk and Fredonia in Dunkirk , NY Wish I read the comments below before I went. Bad, Bad, Bad, customer service. Sally Smith the GM never returns calls, or can be found, but you can hear a woman in the background wisper "I'm not here" Watch you billing charges. .. Everything to do with billing, reservations, room charges. They will refer you to the 800 BestWestern for your problems, but the Bestwestern Corporate has no control over the properties, and send you back to the GM, who sends you to the owner, if you can find him, who refers you to the GM who sends you to BestWestern 800, and they refer you back to the hotel once again. Reading the reviews, this is a repeat pattern. and you are at the mercy of ....Ms. Smith, who you can not talk directly with, Bad hotel stay. I learned that I am on my own when dealing with the Brand Best Western. According to withpages.com a Mr. Pavin is the owner, he took the call, was polite, but sent you back to Sally Smith the GM who sends you to BestWestern who has no contol over Mr. Pavins property issues.... Pravin Patel BWH 3912 Vineyard Dr Dunkirk, NY 14048-3522 (716) 366-7100 Listing Details Job title: Owner Company: Best Western Dunkirk Fredonia SPONSORED LINKS Lookup Background Info for Pravin Patel. ) You won't get anywhere, they all point to each other, and wear you down. A very expensive experience. Mr. Pavin Patel, may also own the Best Westen in Jamestown, so.........check out before you stay their..... It seems that they no how to work the system, so you can never get any answers, or help. Rooms Clean, Parking lot seemed safe, but not worth the poor management, and billing issues. Keep on going ...... less stress....

You get what you pay for!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/14/07
I was looking for a resonably priced place to stay at while in Buffalo for a night and booked the Best Western via the internet based on the star rating and price. I was told that the price would be 79.00 per night (which it was) and was told it was a 3 star hotel (which it was not). The room was full of stains. The furniture, bedding and bathroom had stains everywhere. It gave the apperence of an unkept room. We were given a room next to the elevator and heard everytime that the elevator was put into use. The service staff member (there was only one on duty) was flustered and rude. The phone kept ringing and there was a line up of people trying to check in. Nobody was in a hurry we, all were waiting patiently...but the service clerk kept hanging up on the customers that were calling in telling them that she was too busy to deal with them at the moment. If you had a question regarding the hotel and/or any of the ammenities she would answer rudely. I would not stay here again. The price is right if you are just looking to sleep, but if you would like to feel welcomed and comfortable I would suggest going to another hotel.

price flipping
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/27/07
I phoned to make a reservation at the hotel, including park and fly, and was given a rate of $99.00. I didn't book right away, but called back a few days later. I was told it was going to be $129.00 for the same package, and they refused to honour the previous quote.

Expected much less for the price
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/31/07
My fiance and I stayed here for one night before our trip to Niagara Falls. Great little hotel. Nice comfy beds. Clean rooms. Great AC! I am very hot natured and this AC did not disappoint! It is the in airport area of course so don't expect an atmosphere. Our room was on the 3rd floor near an elavator and we didn't hear a peep from anyone. Good walls! Enjoy your stay here.

Good Experience for us.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/27/07
We stayed her in May 2007 1 night when we were travelling to Bermuda. We found the motel to be totally adequate for our means. We were looking for a clean place for our overnight stay and we found it here. The staff was very helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast available in the morning. You could make toast, toast a waffle, have cereal etc and tea and coffee were also available. We did the park and fly and the motel van took us to the airport in the morning. On our return from Bermuda, I called the motel for the shuttle and the van was there to meet us in 5 min. All in all a very good experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Won't ever go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/07/06
The worst service I have ever had. I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst. I asked for an extra blanket because the springs were poking through the cot, I was told there were no extra blankets. I asked for extra towels because we had five people in the room. I was told my room received service that morning (4 towels). Didn't have hot water one morning. Two different mornings they ran out of breakfast items. They said they were short handed. We also payed $89 per night. This was supposed to be a group rate for a girls softball team playing a tournament. They said it was more because it was booked through a travel agency. We have traveled every summer for the last 8 years playing softball. This is by far the worst service I have ever had.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and we parked out car there. They had a great park and fly package and very friendly front desk associates.
