You get what you pay for!

I was looking for a resonably priced place to stay at while in Buffalo for a night and booked the Best Western via the internet based on the star rating and price. I was told that the price would be 79.00 per night (which it was) and was told it was a 3 star hotel (which it was not).
The room was full of stains. The furniture, bedding and bathroom had stains everywhere. It gave the apperence of an unkept room. We were given a room next to the elevator and heard everytime that the elevator was put into use.
The service staff member (there was only one on duty) was flustered and rude. The phone kept ringing and there was a line up of people trying to check in. Nobody was in a hurry we, all were waiting patiently...but the service clerk kept hanging up on the customers that were calling in telling them that she was too busy to deal with them at the moment. If you had a question regarding the hotel and/or any of the ammenities she would answer rudely.
I would not stay here again. The price is right if you are just looking to sleep, but if you would like to feel welcomed and comfortable I would suggest going to another hotel.
