Chatham Highlander, Chatham

I was charged twice, for a one night stay in October. Dispite several promices from Olga that my card would be credited, it never happened. They are now closed for the season and my calls are never returned. If you stay here pay cash, dont trust them with your credit card information !!!!

We stayed in one of the newly renovated Queen rooms. The bed was one of the best beds I've ever slept in. Furniture, carpets, etc. were all brand new. Brand new refrigerator as well. Bathroom is a bit small, but clean and like the rest of the room, newly renovated. Rest of the room was quite roomy. Location was perfect, but we paid for it. We were visiting friends in Chatham, and the motel is just outside of the center of Chatham. Convenient to the bike path, only about 1/4 mile away. It is breathtakingly expensive during the season, but Chatham is an expensive town, so you're paying for location. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool. We'd stay again, but we'd make sure to get one of the newly renovated rooms if available. Note: they have 2 or 3 night minimum depending on the room in season.

The rooms were very clean and neat. The carpeting appeared to be new, the plumbing fixtures were in very good shape, and the location was set far enough back from the road that there was no traffic noise. The distance from the restaurant and shopping area is too far for most people to walk, but driving into the center of town was easy, and parking was available. I would definitely stay here again.
