New Englander Motor Court, Malden

Our room was smelly there was mold around shower head the place is outdated and found bedbugs in bed. Staff where rude not to mention found out it was a welfare hotel for homeless people..

I don't know how you people can recommend this place! The state houses homeless people here! They stand outside smoking cigarettes and drinking all day while their children run rampant in parking lot. The rooms are outdated and disgusting.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful and made the kids special snacks each night. The room was okay for the money that you paid. The rooms were nonsmoking but still had the faint smell of smoke. Breakfast was simple but enough. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The Cleaning Crew. And it was nice to see a smilling. face. I spend alot of time by myself so quiet is important. I pick what I think is going to be a nice quiet motel and do my best thinking. got it right with your Motel sometimes I don't Thanks Again

Family owned/run!!! A very nice place to stay -- whether short or long-term!!! Complimentary Continental Breakfast, all rooms have a mini fridge in them...Nothing fancy, but all that you'll need!! HBO's, A/C, heat, all included!! Two Thumbs UP!!!

this motel was a great experience. The service was great and the staff were really nice and the price was affordable. this hotel is also close to transportation to Boston.

As a person who is on the road for over 50,000 miles a year, staying in different motels/hotels, I keep coming back to the New Englander whenever I am in the greater Boston area because of the friendliness of the staff, the convenience to different roadways, and the fair price (compared to other places I have stayed)!! A HIGH recommendation from this travellor who stays in motels 3 to 4 nights a week while working!
