Hampton Inn, Milford

i stayed here on 8-5-10 and checked out on 8-5-10 at midnight after wakeing up to find several bites on me and then found a bed bug in my bed (went on line to find pictures and information about them) i went down and gave bug to front desk and checked out !!!!!! i went back on 8-10-10 to talk to hotel manager and ask what he has done to fix problem and was told the manager was trained on bed bugs and that the bug i gave him was not a bed bug because it had no (barb) on its back side witch bedbugs use to poke a hole you and that bedbugs do not bite you and that he called a pest control co. and they said the same thing (it had no barb) WELL BEDBUGS BITE not poke a hole in you it was a bed bug in room #353 the room was rented out to some poor sole today IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR BLOOD SUCKED OUT STAY HERE i have stayed here many times in the past (25-30) last year and will never stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the manager never even offered to refund my money i did not ask him for it my company pays for my rooms but i will be asking corporate to look in to this and give me a refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff and clean and comfortable. Forgot my cell phone adapter and the front desk made sure we got it back. The sent to us right away! The housekeepers, front desk, and the breakfast host were terrific. The hotel was walking distance to a nice italian restaurant called Gusto's and a short distance to the beach and the train station to NYC. The hotel has a great location!
