I have stayed here alot I go uot of my way to stay there the room are always clean alway smell fresh Shelly and her family are very pleasent they are great and very helpful the rooms have been updated and are very comfy the bed are too the pool and landscaping is very nice the price is right , I have stayed in most of the rooms there , there are rooms with two with two beds in each, i would deff. recomend staying there like i said great place great people, and while you are there and want good take out try Pams Place they dilevere awsome subs.

Very clean rooms, courteous staff, and a family friendly atmosphere. Many new upgrades (flat screen tvs, dvd library, new shades and curtains, etc). We will definitely be here again!

It is very clean. I enjoyed the service and attention the owners gave. it is under new management and is being upgraded. they have a nice selection of dvds they lend for free.

Swanton Motel is a quaint place to stay with extremely nice proprietors and it's clean, quiet, easy to get to. Well maintained grounds and a beautiful pool all in a nice town that I'd love to visit again soon.

I've been staying at the Swanton Motel 3 nights a week for the past 2 months while in the area on business. The motel is clean, quiet, well run, and Steve and Corinne friendly and pleasant. All rooms have A/C, cable, and a small refrigerator and some have a drip coffee maker. The one or two small things I mentioned to them were fixed promptly. (The bathroom sink in one unit didn't drain well.) The swimming pool is clean, and the flowers everywhere (its late July, at the moment) give the place a very pleasant, homey atmosphere. What can I say? I have not bothered to look anywhere else; I like the place.
