This hotel is secure or seems secure in any case. However, the food is terrible The facilities very poor, missing and sharp tiles in the pool, no attempt to provide an adequate postal service from the shop or reception, the gym is full of broken and dangerous machines. It is very expensive , Internet connection poor, the bar is full of smoking expat blokes, difficult to describe without profanity. The staff are generally pleasant and try their best but after three weeks you get the impression they're in constant fear of losing their jobs. By the way, the tennis court advertised has been built over by more apartments but that will be the least of your gripes if you have to spend any extended time here for thousands of dollars.
