Staff Attitude's a Put-Off

I liked the location, the meals were great, the Management Staff were lovely people, but the whole experience was dampened by some bar staff and 1 girl in particular who works in the bottleshop section. She was loud, obnoxious and rude to customers. She made customers including myself, my partner and my children, feel very uncomfortable. I am disappointed that this girl was employed in a public service role, considering her disgusting attitude toward customers. I wish I knew her name, so I could have informed the Management of the business they would lose due to her. I will never stay there again, nor stop in for a meal because of 1 girl's attitude. It's a shame that she has tarnished my outlook on an otherwise excellent hotel and unknowingly to her employer, she is costing them good business.
