Garden Court Milpark, Johannesburg

I was picked up at the airport - the driver had to excuse himself to go to the bathroom to throw up! No big surprise as I learnt later from a local that he had gotten sick a couple of times from eating at the hotel restaurant. Room was okay, staff okay. Internet didn't work most of the time. Breakfast buffet was extensive but mostly cold. Staff in the breakfast room was super friendly though! Restaurant not so great (did survive though). Area is ugly and boring. Biggest plus is close proximity to Wits, so convenient for your host but not for you!

A very friendly staff.....but the ice machine does not work....comfortable bed but guests get lost and knock your door to ask directions(now that is funny) Great spread for breakfast...walking distance to action and marketing. Recommended.
