Nyali International Beach Hotel & Spa, Mombasa

I was there on a business trip and found the place to my taste, so very facinating, lively espacially the live entertainment group that perform the traditional dance and music. You will surely fall in love with that. Food, service and beach are excellent! Cheers, I would love to be there again.

i had goen to Nyali on conference with our Kenyan office and i must say this is the best conference venue i've ever seen. i loved their noons night club, the friendly staff almost to a fault....the food especially their breakfast is one to die for especially their fresh juice. kudos to all the main restaurant staff members. i will definetly be back sooner than later.

My wife and I are about to take our fifth holiday at Nyali Beach Hotel.We first visited Kenya in 1986 and on the first two visits stayed at other hotels on the coast,which were OK.But then we discovered Nyali and we've never stayed anywhere else since.Like many people we have met at the hotel and reports we have read on-line the we think it is wonderfull.It is not the poshest hotel on the coast,we completely agree with "wildlifeonepestcontrol"s comments about the garden wing rooms, but many people return regularly.Infact it is most unusual for us not to meet several guests who are repeat visitors.We think that as many have said in their comments that the staff, who work so tirelessly, contribute so much to make the hotel like home from home.The colonial surroundings,spacious grounds and excellent food are of course a considerable attraction.Our only dislike is that we can't afford to go more often.

The people were some of the best you'll come across and the surroundings was stunnings. Every night,in the confinds of the hotel, we could visit a different bar with a different menu but asways the same brilliant atmosphere. It made me sad to leave the place when we went on our safari but when we returned after a few days it felt like we had returned home, on leaving to returned home tears were shead.

I visited Nyali Hotel in 1995, since then I still recal the beauty of the sorrounding, rooms, food especially the breakfast. I arrange visit again the place soon. I am happy to read a recent comment (june 2007) that its still aon top of the best hotels in Mombasa for a reasonable price.

ive stayed at nyali on 3 occasions and cannot give enough praise to all the staff who went out of there way to help and they work tirelessly. smiles are allways available from everyone and that makes you feel good. I am friendly with several staff who never seem to forget a face yet they must see thousands. Cannot fault this hotel and i did stay at another hotel and it was not a patch on nyali. jean

very friendly staff whom many are personal friends who i keep in touch with. management team very good. mcvita grill excellant,buffet and bistro also very good. garden rooms could do with makeover,same decor for the last 10 years .should be an all inclusive hotel.

The experience from staying at Nyali was priceless.Althogh we were kenyan citizens,the holiday experirience was excellent. The staff were overly friendly and did evrything they could to make our stay pleasurable. The staff are very considerate and treat all guests with smae respect.While at the hotel,we were asked to reccommend the most courteous/helpful member off staff but we could'nt do because they were all so good!! The hotel organized many trips-like the dolphin dhow trip.We got to snorkell,see dolphins,and enjoy the ocean all day long. Everything about the hotel was good,from the food-we had too many choices,cleanliness,facilities,etc. The hotel also has evening entertainment and an excellent club..We loved this place and are sure to come back.We recommend it to everyone lookin for an excellent holiday experience.At the end of our stay,we felt like we were leaving home..
