Boothill Inn And Suites, Billings

The service was AMAZING! The people there were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were good and the kids loved the complementary cookies every night. This inn was one of the best I have stayed in!

We happened upon the Boothill Inn and Suites because we were looking for a place to stay that offered a shuttle to the Billings Airport. We stopped at another place across the street but they didn't offer this service. However, luckily for us, they recommended the Boothill. What we found was friendly, clean and comfortable accomendations. Every thing was first rate with lots of little extras. The the price was extremely reasonable. We would highly recommend the motel to everyone.

We were moving from Washington State to Oklahoma and had a bit of an issue with our vehicle becoming a very large paperweight. We found Boothill and figured that we would stay there for the night. That one night turned into three due to the mechanic telling us that our vehicle was not worth even fixing. While we were there the staff was more than curtious and very accomadating to our needs. They allowed us to use the shuttle service to go shopping at a local store and even took us car shopping. Some of the staff were making phone calls to family and friends to see if they had cheap vehicles we could purchase to get us back on the road. I guess that the best way to put it would be that it was like staying at families home (with a pool, warm cookies and a decent breakfast). I can assure you that the bad reviews are very dated as it seems that there have been vast improvements with the treatment of guests. My family and I will definatly be staying everytime we are in Billings.

The motel is nice. However, in the middle of the night another party tried to enter our room with a key they had received at the front desk. After the second call to the front desk, they admitted that they accidentally gave them keys to our room - or had actually put us in the wrong room and then gave both of us keys to the same room. Their reply was to ask us to get up in the middle of the night and go down and have our cards rekeyed. The manager's response the next morning was to laugh and say, "Sorry 'bout that". We didn't sleep really well, and don't intend to return.

Immediately after discovering that I had left my wallet at the hotel, Sherry started making phone calls to track me down. She found me at my business meeting, at a hotel on the opposite side of Billings, several miles from the Boothill Inn. Sherry then offered to deliver the wallet to me in person, which she did during her lunch hour. Besides being a perfectly decent place to stay--comfortable room, excellent continental breakfast--the Boothill proved to be a place where service literally goes "the extra mile." Thank you, Sherry!

I was in town for meetings at the Metra, Billings largest civic center. The staff was great. They transported me to and from the Metra, at my convenience. They even took me downtown to a great steakhouse for dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very clean, great amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

We made reservations well in advance. We planned to attend the all class state wrestling tounament. Days before our big event, Shelly Mann (the general manager) called to we did not have rooms. A group that brings them thousands of dollars a year extended their reservation so we were out. I thought that when you made a reservation and guanteed it with a credit card, you could count on having that room saved for you. Obviously, that is not the case at the Boothill. They are not good for their word. I highly recommend staying somewhere where else; somewhere they treat you better!
