Love my experience...

Had a great experience Jan 2008. Food excellent, many weddings and in shopping area downstairs US$3.00 bottle of Vodka. Great value for money. Excellent improvement in language and service skills.

Nice Hotel

Loved the free breakfast buffet, convenient access to the club, and the large clean rooms. The service was not the best, but I have had worst service.

The second night after me, my wife and 2 friends check into the hotel i was told my wife and one of my friends could not stay because visitors were not allowed after 10pm, supposedly my wife and friend were never checked in. After lots of arguments in very poor english, we were left to find alternate accomodation at 1am. After returning home, i was suprised to have recieved a credit card charge for 3 nights! Although a beautifully presented hotel, customer service and dispute resolution has to be of a very poor standard for one of the countries best hotels. My dispute has since fallen on deaf ears and is still current, although incident occured over a month ago

When I arrived at the hotel I was really impressed. The day before I was due to checkout of the hotel I found a pair of my earings had gone missing. the night before I had just taken them out when going to sleep and then went out the next day not thinking about them and when i returned they had gone. The way the situation was handled was disgusting. Would never stay again.

Dream Hotel

The best hotel I've ever stayed at. Service was excellent, breakfast buffe was very big and hotel room was great! I loved the free buss that went from hotel to city several times a day.

Oh well, I like the service they provided, kind and polite. Hm...things that I dislike was that since this hotel was so brand new, they need to provide an alarm clock in the room at least, hm....the location, however, the good thing is that they offer free shuttle to Saigon area. Overall, I would say it's worth it to stay with this hotel. I think I will go back to this hotel if I visit VN again next year.

Big yet comfortable and friendly

The price was what I would pay for a motel in the states yet I'd have to pay $250.00 for a San Francisco hotel of this quality. I paid 1/5th of that.
