Avoid at all costs!

I booked a room here based on the description and photos given online. I really wish I had checked the reviews first. We reserved a room but when we got there, there was no record of the reservation. Upon checking in, the staff told me that if anything was wrong with the room, to let him know. That should have been my first clue. The room was filthy, the sheets were nasty and the staff was rude. The online description said the room was a suite (it was not), that there was internet (no, there wasn't) and that there was an iron and ironing board in the room (wrong!). I went downstairs to tell the staff that I was not staying there and I needed a refund. I was told that they get that a lot. I proceeded to explain why I was unhappy and I was told that they are not responsible for the internet description. This place is an extended stay and there are people renting rooms there for the week and/or month. For the most part, those people are okay, but some are doing very illegal activities. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone. I usually can take anything and go with the flow but this was unaceptable.
