Value based limited service hotel located in the heart of Central Florida just minutes from Hwy 528 and the Florida Turnpike. Hotel offers comfortable, clean new rooms with full kitchen set up, available with one King or Queen bed can sleep up to 2 (Two) person or two Full size beds can sleep up to 4 (Four) person. Pack light, each room amenities include hairdryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo, tooth paste and dish soap. While visiting you can soak up the Florida Sun or relax in your room watching a 27 inch colour television with full cable line up. For your convenience complimentary wireless internet service is available in each room.** The price does not include the 12.5% tax(state and hotel tax), and $1 phone fee per day per room. **It will be added on to the balance due on arrival.**

worst place to stay in orlando,florida

The front desk clerk was a very nice person, can't say that about the general manager. The room we got smelled like ass and feet, my son said it smelled like a dead body underneath the bed. The walls were thin and you can hear a man have a conversation non-stop in the next room between 9pm to 9am.In the kitchenette and in the washroom we did see cockroaches. We had run out of toilet paper and my son went to ask the manager if he can provide us with toilet paper and the manager went ballistic. It was horrible staying there. I won't go back unless improvements are made.

Outstanding Get Away

I am always going to return to this place service is outstanding security very professional staff very helpful location very conveinently close to Universal and disney and seaworld!!! You gotta check this place out

i would visit again and again

This is the best hotel to stay in for the lowest rates in the area. The hotel is safe with security 24/7 and cameras. Houskeeping service is the best in a addition to being able to exchange towels between weekly service. Management is great and all other employees are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. There are some upgraded rooms with large tv's and new furniture including the beds and are well worth the money. The great thing is that there is a convienent store located next to the office that has just about everything you need and onsite laundry room. I do recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to stay in the orlando area.

We never come back

It would not recommend this hotel. The room has dirty by all sides (walls, doors, bath, etc). The "white" towels were dirty, we had to buy towels because we couldn't use those. Also we had to wash the bath to be able to use it. There is no service, they didn't pickup the trash. The garbage's baskets are near the rooms and you can smell the scent by the corridor (luckyly our room was not in front of it). My advice: spend a little more and stay in another hotel. Tranquillity and a clean and pleasant atmosphere does not have price.

Deplorable Conditions!

I agree with the previous review regarding the overall atmosphere of this establishment. I would like to add that in addtion to daily/nightly police visits for violent behaviour, I had prostitiutes and drug dealers that came knocking at my door soliciting their wares. The "Housekeeping" services are deplorable and you can not count on the services they promise when you check in. The sheets that they put on your bed are stained and one questions whether they were even washed! Recently they notified us that they would no longer provide several services (trash pickup of all things!),but would be raising the rates. Unbelievable! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Orlando!

Stay away

This is the typ of place you would stay if you were down on your luck and needed a cheap place that rented by the week. We had the police come into a room next to us with guns drawn becasue of a big fight that broke out in the room next to us. Look further if you are wanting something safe and clean.
