Be prepared to be treated like you are an irritant by certain office staff. Don't attempt to file complaints against office staff, nothing will be resolved due to nepotism. Customer satisfaction is not a priority.
Housekeepers refuse to change linen if you stay more than one night. The towels provided are so thin you can see through them some have permanent stains. No fitted sheets for mattresses. Requests for additional covers are ignored.
As for amenities, the beds are reported to be Queen sized. They beds are only full sized beds. For television viewing they use a satellite dish, limited channels. Finally, how can you have a hotel without an ICE MACHINE?
