We will never go back!!!!

In fact I have a very bad experience with that hotel. and here is the details.
I booked the hotel room online through one of the booking web site , during filling the booking form I have realised that there was no space to enter that you will have a one year old baby, so few days later I called the hotel manager to ensure that the room is booked and also to inform them that I have a baby with me so I can arange a cot. The hotel managers kept on denying that they have recieved any booking despite that my booking company has confirmed that the room is booked, anyway one night before I travelled I called them again and I did inform them about my baby.
After a long journey, I arrived to the hotel next day and the surprise was that message of me and my wife having a baby with us was never passed through and there was no cots available in the hotel.
Not only that but they have given us a room in the top floor very outdated, fealthy carpet and very old 1960's tv, twin beds covered by duvert rapped in a covered which appeared to be washed 1000 times before ( I have photos to support that) and the room has got no view at all as it overlooks the neigbours.the room had a wooden ceiling so as it start raining you can hear every drop so it make it nearly impossible for us to sleep, The hotel refused to change the room and they have charged me the highest rate of the season. Then I have realised after another long day that the car park of the hotel has got only 6 spaces which obviously does not cover the capacity of the hotel and when I told the reception (i.e also the hotel owner) that I can not park my car she started shouting at me explaining that it is my problem not her and she start accusing me and my wife of being dishonest as we did not tell her that we will have our baby with us despite that babies are free of charge to stay in that hotel or any other hotel in the world so what difference that will make.
After some racial comments from her ( me and my wife are non-cocasian resident in the UK) we decided to check out before our holiday finished feeling that it is a shame on quality hotels to let these things happen on their hotels, simply bec it does mean if you owe a hotel that you can do or say whatever you want to your customers.
So, In conclusion this hotel has got nothing that worth your money so it is better to save it for something that really count, and as a final advise don't reuin your holiday by staying in that one or maximum two star hotel.
