The Four Seasons Hôtel des Bergues first opened its doors on May 1, 1834. It overlooks the Île Rousseau and the beautiful Jet d'eau. The rooms have retained a classic belle epoque charm despite numerous renovations. There are two restaurants and a bar; the Amphitryon conjures up fine French cuisine from Monday to Friday while the more casual Brasserie Le Pavillon serves traditional cuisine and a buffet. In summer, you'll appreciate the lovely terrace. This hotel has hosted greats such as Jean Cocteau, Edith Piaf and Sophia Loren.
