Lousy service

Unfortunately, the staff support is probably the worst we have come across in many, many years. Sunday morning we came down to the restaurant where they were serving a buffet. All we wanted was a coffee and were told that no, they could not serve us. We then went up to the desk to ask the clerk there if they had a "coffee" bar and were told, nothing till 11 am and so you will have to walk 10 min down the street.
I have never been refused a coffee in any hotel before, all it meant was that they poured the coffee in our cup and charged our room. The room was half empty!
