Nice staff, but dirty, hot, noisy rooms on the econo level. They do have rooms with A/C which would be worth paying for. We were with a mission group & were trying to save money. Service at the restaurant was non-existant! The Victoria Hotel has much better service & food!

They charge foreigners with special rates (cheating). When I was there it was very loud at nights because of kids partying at nights in the rooms (staff didn't react)

the view is asbolute mind blowing:D...the rooms are superrr clean:D..and the nightlife rocks:D.i can't wait going back there..i think of moving in this city because it's the bomb....romanian girls are super hot

Worst nightmare

Worst place to stay in. Noise all the time, internet only on the paper, not in the room, personnel is treating very badly customers. God forbid you should need something from the desk! Next time better sleep in the car, if I can't find a good hotel in this city.
