Pros: Right in the heart of downtown phillipsburg. great if you're a shopper, business man or budget tourist looking for a cheap rest area Room was clean , didn't see a single roach like other reviewers Not as pricey of the other hotels in the same area Good if you are a gambler. it's right untop of a casino and right across from another. Cons: Right in the heart of downtown Phillipsburg, so the noise level can get up there sometimes but not often Random street folks hanging around the hotel lobby and steps. this can be worrying for some travelers coming in late. especiallyw ith the current crime level in the world. Ice machine can be heard ALLLL the time! No fridge in my room or iron Shower head that was in my room seemed to be 50 yrs old and rusty as hell.
