Motel 6, Omaha

We booked online on the Choice Hotels website. When we got to the hotel, the clerk at the reception didn't want to give us the rate we got online (even if I had my confirmation e-mail with me)... I had to fight for about 20 minutes with her (and she was very rude!). I asked to speak with the manager, and she said he/she was not available. I finally said that I would call Choice Hotels directly to complain about them; she told me to wait right away and call someone (I assume she called the manager) and 2 minutes later, I was offered a room at the rate I had booked online. Wallpaper was peeling off in several places in the corridors but in the room as well. There were many holes in the walls (corridors and room). There were some grafittis on the walls in the corridor. In our room, the bathroom door knob was gone.... There were used kleenex, q-tips and other stuff behind the counter in the bathroom... We asked them to clean that up, and it's never been done. We stayed there for three nights. Fortunately, the bed was clean and comfortable. I highly DON'T recommend it to anybody, even my worst ennemies....
