Baymont Inn & Suites Knoxville West, Knoxville

I called at 3PM to confirm our reservation. I asked the staff to notate on our confirmation number that we would not arrive until after 12am midnight. The staff mentioned that that would be no problem because they have 24 hour check in staff on duty & we had already secured our room with a credit card. However, when we arrived at the hotel at 3AM the hotel had given our room away because we didn't check in by 2AM. I overheard we were not the only guests that were in this situation. Apparently they had given over 5 rooms away. My understanding is that they have a 24 HOUR cancelation policy and that since they had a credit card on file they would charge it if we didn't show up. However, instead they gave our room away and disregarded our phone call about our late checkin. THIS HOTEL IS NOT RELIABLE!!!!

I had two rooms for two nights.The Hotel staff was very professional and friendly,The rooms were clean and everything worked. The cleaning crew was exceptionaly nice.I would recommend this hotel and would stay here agin.Great place for the low cost.Restaurants close by,Cracker Barrel next door.Easy on and off I40

Like others said, the room was clean and the staff were great! With a refrigerator and microwave in the room, it made vacationing even greater. The bed was fantastic--no depressions that forced you to roll to the center!

From the minute we got to the hotel until we left our stay was very good.The room was very comfortable, clean. The hotel staff was very nice. It was a great experience. We loved knoxville.

rebecca was wonderful and really seemed to enjoy her job and know her job even though they said she was new. i had a great stay and will defently go back
