Econo Lodge Downtown, Lake George

the room was very clean and everything was great, they offered what they advertized, and staff was very helpful.

Disliked the fact of being charged for a safe in the room I clearly did not know was in the room, and never heard of this. you can view where they painted over the 1/16 of an inch circle on the inside of the exterior door. Looked like someone peeled the paint off the door and they panted over it leaving a circle on the door. Motorcycle grease on the handle of the chair, went to sit down, laid my hand on the arm support, laid my hand down and grease on my hands from the Americade bikers.

staff was very friendly, helpful and down to earth. rooms were clean. jacuzzi and both pools indoor and out were also clean. very good location it is walking distance to everything downtown you don't even need to drive.there is even a laundry room yes you do have to put change in and is not free but everything there is very convienient. i plan to stay there everytime i'm in lake george hands down. thanks econo lodge

last summer me and my family stay at the Econo Lodge. We had a great time the rooms were nice and the staff were very helpful. I loved the indoor and outdoor pools they were very clean. I stayed for 3 nights it was only 105$ i was amazed by the coast because for the great rooms amazing pools and so close to down town i didnt understand how cheap it was. My family and i had a great time. The only thing i didnt like about my stay was having to leave i will be coming back very soon. Thank You.

My husband made the reservation for two nights. He mentioned to them that we have AAA so we received the rate of $62.05 for each night. He also asked them if there were any other charges. They said no. He then asked the woman would there be a charge if we cancelled. She said no just contact me before 4pm to let her know if we do decide to cancel. So he booked the room. We arrived and we were billed $140.98. He asked why so much...10% sales tax and they charged us $1.50 a day for a safe we did not know they had in the room. Nevertheless, we stayed but when we checked out I made sure we were credited the $3.22 for the safe we did not use. This is one motel we will never return to.

The staff is great and the pools are very clean and nice. Also the room are so nice and clean as well. We will return!

I really enjoyed the hotel because of its convenient location and overall service. So thank you, i will be returning soon! I also enjoyed the pool, the beds and also the help. So great job to everyone at econo lodge.
