Great value and convenient location
Territorial Inn is in a supurb location - just two blocks from the square. The older, historic building is too noisy with very bright street lights, preventing a good night's sleep, however, the 1 story adjacent building where breakfast is served was very quiet and convenient. The breakfast was modest - cereal, oatmeal, do-it-yourself waffles, juice and fruit; adequate, but not exactly "bed and breakfast" quisine. When the Inn was at full occupancy, the seating was inadequate, and we were forced to seek breakfast on the square (which turned out to be quite nice). The host/hostesses were very friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions, directions, etc. We indulged in a spa treatment at the Marcy next door (on top of the adjacent B&B next door to the historic Inn), and it was very relaxing. There was a mix-up with the on-line service provider that we booked the Territorial Inn through, as the Spa package was pre-paid, and the Territorial Inn had absolutely no record of it. Fortunately, I had my receipt, and they accommodated our package with no questions asked. We'd stay at this location again and have absolutely no qualms in recommending this establishment.
