Great place to stay

I looked into a large number of places in Lake Havasu before renting and this place was the most up todate and the owners take real pride in the place. They were very accomodating. As for the pool, all pools in Havasu in August and September are a little warm, not much you can do when it is 115 degrees outside to keep the water cooler.
 
 
 
 
 
Absolute Charmer

We absolutely love this place! We stay there at least 4 times out of the year. This place does not feel like a hotel, it feels like your in your own little apartment because it is so clean and spacious. I recommend friends on a constant basis. Because of the price you would never in a million years expect to have such great accomodations and comfort. We will never stay any where else.

I thought it was going to be a nice place was I wrong the pool was as hot as a hot tub not refreshing in the middle of Aug. I wasn't told that all of the rooms were non smoking!!!!!! This place is a dive!!!!!

Nice, Clean and New!

We stayed there in October 2005 and they had just finnished remodeling the entire hotel and put in new furniture. They have done a great job with the place and everyone is very helpful. They even paved their boat parking lot! The pool area is in the center of the hotel and cery comfortable. The set up reminds me of Melrose Place without the drama!! We will definetly go back and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay.

Absolute Dump!!!

Stay away! This place is a dump. Old and seedy the motel needs some tender loving care to make it habitable by reasonable travelers. To top it off - the boat parking is crapped and on dirt which makes keeping your boat clean almost impossible.
