Americas Best Value Inn, Centralia

I liked the pool it was wonderfull. I had my grand childern with me and they were so excited. The boy at the front desk was very helpfull with giving directions. The rooms were huge and there was new carpet and beddign it was a real quant place . I will deffinatly stay there more often

This was and enjoyable stay for me there is a great pool the breakfast was good and hot the people are friendly and outgoing. The place is clean and does not allow pets and never has . I have stayed here several times on my way through its my regular stop. I lost my key once and they replaced it promptly with out fuss. So no harm done its a family frendly and I like it alot.

i would not recomend this place to anyone wanting to stay i have stayed here before but this place has really went down hill from then. the rooms had a odd smell and the floor had crumbs on it the shower looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a month there were pet urine stains on the carpet also. the free breakfast was horrible the toast wasnt even toasted and the guy serving it was a mess he didnt even have his uniform cleaned. the service at checkout was terrible the woman at the register was on her cell phone while i was trying to check out and was VERY rude when i asked her to please check me out and when i lost my key in the middle of the night while i was at the local bars (which there are alot of near the place) i asked the front desk for a replacement and the manager threw a fit. all in all it has went downhill fast from what it once was i woulndt recomend staying here unless you cant find anywhere else better hotels near mt.vernon are only about 20 mins away and are better than this place

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

Nice place to stay, confortable beds, plenty of space in the rooms. Have stayed there several times. Breakfast is excellent. Offers most of the cable chanels on TV.
