No Safety, No Hospitality, No Service

The service was terrible. The person at the front desk wasn't at all welcoming. She handed us the key and told us where to park.
The front sliding door was open, day and night with no lock to the entrance of the building. Anyone could have walked into the hallways.
The room was fair, but the lighting was very low. The lighting made the room appear yellow.
The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, cereal in a container, and one carafe of milk about a quarter full of for both to use. There was one container of orange juice in a bowl of ice. There were baskets with nothing in them, and one with rotting fruit. If there was nothing other than coffee and two types of cereal there should have at least been enough milk for both.
When I mentioned this to the front desk person upon checkout she didn't care or want to hear it. She went on with her business and gave a non convincing "sorry". You can tell she wasn't and they didn't care.
The bottom floor was completely dark. I had to search to find the ice machine and where the continental breakfast was. The front desk never mentioned there was a breakfast. If you didn't read the website, you wouldn't have known.
