Arizona Charlie's Decatur, Las Vegas

Stayed at this location from 1-14 to 1-19 2009. Room #4623 (Deluxe Tower) what a joke. This room was nasty with dirty carpets,leaky toilet,old mattresses etc. Housekeeping cleaned adjoining room at 3:30 A.M. complete with a loud vacuum cleaner and T.V. noise. We will never go back. Signed P.O.'d in Maryland.

The food is fine and the machines are OK, the tables as well but the customer service is pitiful! Overall you are better off going to sam's town to gamble or boulder station for the buffet. The longhorn is better all around.

Food was pretty good and very fairly priced - but the service was horrible! We had 3 servers in the time we were there --over 30 minutes to get a side of toast and there were only 5 tables being served while we were there.

Best value, personnel friendly and caring. greast atmosphere for a small local casdino. Rooms clean and not overpriced. Restaurants provide good and plentiful food for the money.

First and foremost.... DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THEIR MACHINES!!! Of all the times I go to Arizona Charlies (closest casino to me) I'd say 98% of the times I'd go, I would leave that place very pissed off, clinching my fist, feeling very very cheated... Although you would prob say that it is my own fault, and you might be right, but damn, I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but Arizona Charlies is by far one place that you should not even mess with. There are plenty other place that are much more forgiving than Arizona Charlies. If you want to gamble and have a good time, Arizona Charlies is NOT the place to go. Trust me. Their Machines are so tight there, it's so hard breaking even. I would take 60 dollars there quite often (stupid me) and it would be gone within an hour. Even betting the minimum bets. It's hard to have a good time at Arizona Charlies. Despite their tight machines, the place is rather a dive. It's located in a shopping plaza. I'd describe Arizona Charlies (Decatur) as a convenient store of casinos, like a 7 Eleven of a casino. It's in a ghetto location, far from the strip, Taxi Cabs RARELY pull through there. Did I mention that the Gaming is pathetic?! The tables are sad, and the slots are even sadder. GOD help this casino and the poor people who go there to play.

I have been a Charlie's regular for a long time. I stop playing the video poker when I couldn't get the tickets to play in the machines. So, I went somewhere else. During that time I was not playing at Charlie's, I hit several royals and many, many four-of-a-kind. Then when Charlie's fixed the ticket problem I returned. But after tonight, I am not returning. All I have done is lose, lose,and lose since returning. I can spend 300 to 400 dollars and never hit a four-of-akind. The machine will give me 15 to 20 sets and never hit one....and that is ridiculous! I will not be taking my family or visitors there either.

The people were friendly. Treated you with a smile at all times. Made you feel good. Relaxed atmosphere. Never felt that you were in a huge crowd. Convient to the strip without the hassle.

i love everything mostly the buffet. the only thing needed is more channels on the tv in the rooms and the food at subway and noble romans is way too high overall i love the hotel keep up the good work.
