Western Ranch Motor Inn, Syracuse

Gross, dirty, smelly, and unsafe if you're a woman. I paid the rate, went up to the room, seen how gross it was and left. Aside from the above discription, there was a busted, holding on by one screw, chain lock on the room door.

I was staying here for the State Fair, and had an amazing time. Great prices on the food and drinks. The bartending service was the best I've had in awhile, considering I was just visting Donna treated me like a regular, it was refreshing. However the cook was fairly rude to me when I placed an order he just sat at the bar and played quickdraw for 10 mins before he even went to cook. I would have given a 5 for service if that didnt happen. The rooms are clean and very affordable, yet alittle old. I highly recommend the Western Ranch Motor Inn if you are in Syracuse!

Dont believe the hype says this place is gross...However gives no details other than pot holes...The best westerns regular rate is around $120 per night and the dont work with extended stay clients. I pay 79.95 a night and 69.95 a night for 5 or more nights....They have clean rooms, great food and service, free WIFI, room fridges apon request. And the maids even washed a baseball cap i dropped in a puddle in the parking lot for me!! No Charge! Rooms are not brand new but very nice..Anyone who complains about this place is a Ritz fan...Used to being spoiled...Sorry there isnt an indoor pool Dont Believe The Hype. Besides read all the reviews and its obvious that out of 30 reviews 27people loved the place and 3 didnt....your out numbered you SHOULD pay double the price for less the service and stay at the best western.

This place is just plain gross!!! Stay at the Wingate that is right around the corner or the Best Western down the street. Also close by is a brand new Hampton Inn in Liverpool or a Fairfield Inn also in Liverpool. They are all much nicer hotels and they are near much nicer restaurants than The Western Ranch Motor Inn. If you're coming to town for a car show, the Western Ranch is the last place you want to stay at because they have a dirt parking lot. A muddy dirt parking lot! Do you want to park your classic car in a muddy lot???

This place is great. The food, the staff, the location, the homelike feeling you get. Its not for people who want 4 star rooms for 2 star price. Besides you know what your getting when you look at the place. However dont be too decieved. They have great food in the resurant and bar, excellent service in bar, resturant, front desk, and the nicest english speaking maids ever!! The rooms are old but CLEAN! Ive inspected nice hotels rooms like at the casino and here you dont see dusty corners, or hand printed white walls, or hairy bathroom floors. But its not for people looking for internet hookup, coffee pots and blowdryers in the room. I stay soo often i can tell you what rooms youll be most satisfied with if you smoke ask for: dbl room: 16 17 20 21 26 27 30 31 trip room: 34 35 33 non smoker ask for dbl room: 11 12 14 15 22 23 24 25 trip room: 52 53 the price is right at this place and the food and service is the best!!!

It is very old, but gives you a home like feeling..the people are more than friendly, makes you feel at home.We enjoyed our stay...as for the parking lot...well we didnt mind that,,,we were there for the good nite sleep,and the shower in the morning. We will be back for the next goat show at the fairgrounds...to stay here..the only thing I can see you can change =is more soap.other wise see you in September....

A comfy bed, a great meal and friendly, personal service - that's what you get at the WRMI. We stayed there for a wedding last June and had a great time. The service was amazing - everyone is so friendly! The room was a decent size and nice and quiet. If you're looking for warm, personal service at a great price, this is the place!

The people were extrememly kind and friendly and the service was awesome. The food was some of the best I have had- the restaurant and bar are very welcoming and so much fun!

I absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere in the bar. Drinks are cheap and the food is to die for. The bar had an assorment of pizza, burgers and other munchies that were very tasty. The service was fantastic. I ran out of cigarettes and the bartender was nice enough to give me a pack of her own so that I didn't have to run out to the corner store. The rooms were a good size and very neat. The management had the air conditioner on so that my room was nice and cool when I checked in since I stayed there in June. Overall, for the price, you can't beat it and it was close enough to downtown Syracuse and other local attractions.

Family focus...just awesome!!! Loved the location, the staff, and accomidations. Would recommend it even to my parents. Too many adjatives to type! Thanks!!! Oh, and can you say COLORADO SUN...they get what 340 days of sun/year.
