Get what you paid for
I would not suggest the Glass Slipper Inn to anyone. It is an old building being run by people who know nothing about running a hotel. The air condition does not work, the rooms are not kept clean and the housekeeping staff is the worst. When I first moved in, I had to clean the entire room with bleach and 409 just to make it somewhat liveable. I continue to have to clean the shower and sink as the housekeeping staff does not know how to clean and the management does not know how to communicate with them as the staff is Hispanic and management Middle Eastern. I moved in due to the price and I really got what I paid for. The only positive thing I can say about the place is Roger, the desk manager, who tried to help the best he can.
