Great Location! You get what you pay for.

We just got back last week and we loved the location of the hotel. It was in the middle of everything and walking distance at that. Just like other reviews, I hated the shower! It only had one door and all the water kept leaking out. Other than that, it was ok. If you're out there to party this is the hotel for you. If you plan on sleeping all night then definitely book elsewhere. Other than that, it's not too bad.

would not go back even if wanted a cheap room

i seen the other reviews and i thought it cant be that bad its on south beach...well i went this weekend and boy it does not look like anything on the website that they have. it looks like a scary movie hotel, it has a key like a actual key not a card like a hotel. the bathroom...yeah not how it seems to be on there website... it has half of a glass in the bath tub..(like a glass to clse so the water wont get out) yeah, only half of the bathtub the other half is just wide open...kinda weird.... the t.v...is really small on top of the ceiling. wasnt really accomadating at all... oh yeah there wasnt even a quilt it was just a sheet...?! but it had a great location.. ill give it that

Perfect for a cheap night on South Beach!

Friendly service, great price, walking distance to beach and clubs - this hotel is perfect for a cheap night in South Beach. Not the most luxurious room, but clean and of a nice size. I would def. recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to South Beach without breaking the bank!

Great value

Clean basic hotel at a great location. Nothing fancy, tile floors, simple furniture, right across from the beach and on Ocean drive. Best gelato in South Beach in the lobby. I've stayed here 3 times and love it.

I selected this hotel, based on the pictures on line. The room was not like the pictures displayed and i was given a room with a view of the dumpster. The air conditioner in the room can not be controlled by you and runs all the time, which means its very cold. The room was over top the bar on the 2nd level and loud music played til 5am on Friday and Saturday. Parking with the hotel is a must if you don't want to be ticketed and towed. Parking cost is $20.00 per night very expensive. The only good thing about the hotel is the location on Ocean Drive....I would not return to this hotel

Disgustingg!

Im not a picky person at all, but this place is a freaking rat hole! The manager thinks the hotel is The Ritz or something, the people that work there hate him! the place is not clean at all DAYS INN, WAY BETTER!

Well the pictures are not the room that you get. If your going to Miami to party and more, it's a good location. It's right on Ocean Drive. The beds are not comfortable and the television only has about 10 english channels. The staff didn't speak good English, but they were nice. The held my bags when my plane arrived early and left late. =) For the price it was good, just don't expect much. No frig, microwave, shower door, etc.

Nice Hotel

Parking on South Beach is terrible. Do not rent a car, we did and it was towed within 15 minutes of us parking the car and running up to the room to drop off shopping bags. Staff at the hotel did not speak very good English, and were not very knowledgable about the area, but they were nice people. Overall a pretty decent hotel nothing fancy, but hey I grew up in the ghetto. The room was comfortable, cable TV, and a nice bathroom, which is a plus for me. One suggestion, get a vending machine (sodas)!!! I will stay again, just because it had a nice family atmosphere and it was right on the strip, and the staff was cool, despite the language barrier, pretty cool people, had a blast!

Awesome Hotel

Everytime we came to visit South Beach from NY we stayed here. It was the best hotel. Great location. Now that we live here we stay at the hotel once in awhile. I would and will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Everything about it is great.
