Rude Workers

For some odd reason, my home phone number is listed on a bunch of different websites under the Gilroy Inn. I called the Inn to let them know about this mistake, and the front desk worker was very rude, and told me there was nothing he could do about it and that I should call all the different companies they advertise with and let them know. It isn't my responsibility to fix their mistake. I couldn't believe that the Gilroy Inn front desk worker was so rude about this situation. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here just based off the fact that they were so rude and inconsiderate. Its bad enough that I get 5 plus phone calls a day, and its worse that the Gilroy Inn wont do anything to fix this problem. I would rate them as a -10! Complete disappointment!

What a disappointment!

When we arrived the room that we reserved with 2 queen beds had ants in the bathroom and sink area. They gave us a different non-smoking room and it only had 2 double beds and smelled like a smoking room. The room was dark and drab. The description on the web is not up to date! I had to ask for a lower rate due to the 2 double beds instead of the 2 queen that we reserved, otherwise I'm sure that they would have not offered the lower rate. Manager was not very friendly. Continental breakfast was suppose to be from 7:30-9:30am but when we went down at 8:15am the door was locked with a sign that the kids were sleeping and to drop you key in the slot. I called at 8:30am and inquired when breakfast would be ready and he said in 15 mins. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Bad experience all together.
