Likes: Everything was very clean Customer Service was Great! Tended to all our needs - Cots, extra pillows, extra towels, refrig for the room, etc. House Service was great help too. Pool - the pool water and AIR temperature were comfortable. We left another hotel (Howard Johnson) and came to this one partly due to this. Children were able to play and enjoy the pool. Why pay for a Hotel Room with Pool amenities, if you can't use it? Spa/ Whirlpool - was great, wish it were bigger. everyone was in it. Dislikes: There is very little I disliked. I wish that the continental breakfast would have been longer. From 6 - 9:30. A mother traveling with 4 children. 2 kids (infant and 2 yr old) were sick. Very long nights, would have been nice to have breakfast available until 10:30am. Missed it all 3 days. Would also be nice to have a "stay for 3 nights, get 1 free" deal. Would have stayed another night.

KIDS LOVE IT!

The advertisements screamed WATERPARK! Pirate's Cove swimming and play area! We called for reservations a couple of days after July 4, 2004, and were allowed in that night, within the hour. The "water park" was smaller than expected, but the kids loved it nonetheless! (Ages 12, 11, 8). The dinner was awesome,. and the hotel is large enough to get lost in. This year, we're planning to visit again, (tonight, in fact) with kids + DOG. My daughter chose to miss a softball game to go here! Happy Family in MN
