Depends on what your needs are.

It had a king sized bed in a single room, and the sheets seemed clean, but the bathroom was horrid..the light didn't work, the tub knob fell off, and the tub was nasty. The positives are it had a microwave and small fridge that worked good. It had a hideaway bed under the couch, but i'm sure it would have been uncomfortable. The couch was dirty too.
